Premier Listing Showcase is excited to introduce plsCONNECT - a two-part marketing program designed to connect real estate professionals with new clients.
 
What is plsCONNECT?
plsCONNECT is a two-part marketing system consisting of (1) a Personal Showcase Website dedicated to promoting your business, and (2) interactive listing eBrochures generated by your Personal Showcase that connect you to buyers and sellers all over the Internet.
 
How does plsCONNECT work?
  • Sign up for an account.
  • Use the plsCONNECT online website software to personalize your Personal Showcase and listing eBrochure pages.
  • Share on the Internet by connecting your eBrochure Websites to your listings just like virtual tours, post on social networking sites, add to business cards, advertise on yard sign riders, etc.
How much does plsCONNECT cost?
plsCONNECT costs $25 per month. We provide the templates, the online website software, general website content, and all the hosting.
 
You will use the plsCONNECT online website software yourself to do the following:
  • Add and update content on your Personal Showcase Website
  • Add and update Featured Listing eBrochure Websites
  • Select from our library of Personal Showcase and eBrochure Website templates
  • View personalized traffic reports detailing number of website visitors, where they came from, and pages viewed
All websites generated using the plsCONNECT marketing system remain viewable on the Internet as long as your account is active. There is no minimum term, so you may cancel your plsCONNECT account at any time.
 
Is plsCONNECT right for me?
Let's find out. Please think about how you would answer the following questions:
  • Are you inclined to spend perhaps an hour using our online website software to create an interactive marketing presentation when you take a new listing?
  • Are you willing to read instructions?
  • Do you know how to save pictures from your photographer or your own camera to your computer?
  • Can you upload pictures to a website?
  • Can you type into text boxes, or copy/paste?
  • Are you comfortable receiving personalized customer support by email instead of over the phone?
If you answered “No” to any of the above questions, you may be more comfortable using plsCONNECT with our optional Listing Care Packages.
 
Each Listing Care Package costs $40 (a one-time charge per listing) and includes the following services, performed by the Premier Listing Showcase staff:
  • We upload and arrange your listing photos
  • We add the details and features from your MLS listing sheet
  • We write the property description based on your MLS Property Remarks
  • We add appropriate media links
  • We add additional information per your request, sent to us in a Word document or email message
  • We publish the Featured Listing eBrochure Website
  • We make updates to the Featured Listing eBrochure Website per your request (new photos, price changes, etc.)
To summarize, the plsCONNECT marketing system is right for you if:
  • you possess basic computer and organizational skills
  • OR you have a capable assistant
  • OR you can spend $40 extra per listing - in addition to the flat monthly rate of $25 - to hire our staff to use our online software for you
