Mike began his career as a residential agent in 1989, after spending 10 years as a commercial agent, and Marcia joined him in 1997. They have been a hard-working and successful team ever since.

The real estate bug bit Mike first, as he has always had a passion for houses and construction. Formerly a broker/manager and owner of his own company, Mike eventually decided to focus strictly on working with buyers and sellers. Previously a graphic designer, Marcia originally entered the industry to give Mike support, and found that her creative spirit came in handy when preparing homes for the market and helping clients visualize all the possibilities in a listing. Additionally, she has since blossomed into a seasoned agent continually ranked in the top percent of her previous North Shore office. The team is also consistently ranked among the top 100 agents in the North Shore, and in the top 5% in the nation. 

Mike and Marcia have lived in Lincolnshire since 1996, where they remain active members of the community. From 2003 through 2008, Mike served as president of the Lincolnshire Community Association (LCA), while Marcia has been a volunteer for the Riverside Foundation in Lincolnshire - a residence and training facility for developmentally disabled adults - for over 10 years. Their daughter Nicole went through the area school system, and is now enjoying college at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Though the team's clients have bought and sold more than 100 homes in Lincolnshire, each agent has extensive knowledge about surrounding communities up and down the North Shore, including Deerfield, Buffalo Grove and Northbrook. 

Experts with both buyers and sellers, Mike and Marcia are capable of handling any type of client. Though industry veterans, they possess a youthful energy that enables them to connect with all age groups and walks of life. Having gone through the process of building their own custom home a few years ago, Mike and Marcia have developed a knack for new construction. They have also worked with first-time buyers, relocation clients, empty nesters and everyone else that has come their way. 

The beauty of the team mentality is that each has a unique feature to bring to the agent/client relationship. Mike's vast experience makes him extremely knowledgeable about the industry, and he is analytical, honest and direct. Marcia is the creative people-lover of the two, and she provides an in-house staging service to help clients properly prepare their homes to get sold in a timely manner. Mike is the keen negotiator, and Marcia knows all about the communities and what will appeal to each individual. Both are patient and honest, and well respected in the real estate industry. Honesty and integrity are a must, and the team is not afraid to advise clients to pass on a home they believe isn't the right fit.
