| It was built in the 1880's as a single-family three-story mansion,later converted to condominiums. Miller and Kogen's remodeling began in 1927. Most recently the owner combined three units and renovated 5,500 square feet into an exquisite home. |

| Who was Edgar Miller? |
| He was an architect and artist who in the 1920s thru 1940s created some of the most beautiful works of art in our city. In 1927, he teamed with developer/artist Sol Kogen. They designed the building for artists and worked on it over the next 60 years |

| What art forms are inherent in the building? |
| Expressed in the building are Miller's skills in sculpture, watercolor, graphic design, stained glass, fresco, ceramic tiles and mosaic, just to name a few. Kogen was more noted for his overall design skills and work in mosaics. |

| They include the el cove in the living room, the dining room buffet and formal dining set, the "grand staircase," signed stained glass windows and much more such as fantasy creatures scratched into wet plaster in nooks and crannies. |

| It was essentially completed by 2005. Renovation completed in 2004 included the kitchen, foyer, master suite, breakfast room, office and powder room.
