You know all those websites your brokerage advertises your listings on? Your eBrochure websites will show up as virtual tour links. And you can email your sites. And use them as virtual tours in the MLS. And post them on Facebook.
I already have a virtual tour. Do I still need an eBrochure Property Website?
We believe that MARKETING a listing means more than panning photos set to music, or a floor plan with pictures on it. Virtual tours are excellent tools, but just ONE part of your marketing plan. Your eBrochure is a "virtual media center" that can INCLUDE your virtual tour, as well as all the things you would say if a buyer were standing right in front of you.
Can I replace out-of-season photos later?
Yes, and please do! You can replace photos, or add more photos, any time you want. In fact, you can change anything and everything on an eBrochure Property Website at any time.
Can't I just pay you to create my eBrochure websites for me?
Sure you can. It costs $40 per listing for PLS subscribers. We'll arrange to get all your photos from your photographer or your office, add content to every page, and email you a preview for your approval.
Are domain names included in the subscription price?
No. You'll buy domain names as you need them. We charge $20 each to register a domain for a year and configure the forwarding and masking so it opens the correct eBrochure Property Website. If you prefer, you can register, forward and mask your domains on your own.
Do I need a domain name for every eBrochure Property Website?
If you plan on paying for ANYTHING in print for a listing, you should get a domain name and include it on everything you print. The domain name makes it easy for people to get to your eBrochure right away. And you want people to see your eBrochures, right?
