Residents and visitors enjoy ample recreational events such as the annual Vernon Hills Summer Celebration, fishing derbies, and the Lake Forest Symphony outdoor summer concerts.
The Lake Bluff School District 65 has provided excellence in education for children for over 100 years. The District is 5.6 square miles in size with a 2011-12 student enrollment of 900 students in grades Kindergarten through 8th Grade. District 65 students attend Lake Forest High School.
