"Linda is proactive and hyper-responsive to all inquiries."

As your buyer's agent I will:

  • Be available to show homes on your schedule.

  • Answer questions and keep you informed about relevant market updates.

  • Research and preview homes to eliminate those that don’t fit your requirements and highlight those that do.

  • Make the house-hunting experience easier by scheduling showings and providing you with transportation to appointments, if necessary.

  • Explain the advantages and disadvantages of each property you visit, and provide up-to-date information about the neighborhood including the school district, infrastructure and amenities.

Needs analysis: defining priorities

I will help define priorities by discussing your specific needs, wants and desires by sitting down with you and completing a Comprehensive Buyer Needs Analysis before I start showing you properties. That way, I’ll have a much better idea of what you’re looking for and take into account the priorities placed at the top of your list.

Making an offer

How much is too much? How much is not enough? How do I factor in the Asking Price, Property Location, Property Condition, Market Conditions, and Contract Terms?. Those are the kinds of questions I can help you answer as your trusted advisor.

I’ll prepare a written offer on the property you choose to purchase and include the terms approved by you, and present your purchase offer directly to the seller’s agent.

Before actively searching for your home, I can help you locate the following people:

Lender or mortgage broker
This individual will assist you in choosing the best mortgage loan for you, and will help you get pre-approved. By being pre-approved for a loan, the seller will be assured that you will follow through with your payment.

Inspector
Once you and the seller have negotiated the purchase price, your inspector will inspect the property and make note of each item that is not working properly. These malfunctioning items will be used as negotiation tools between your and the seller's attorney.

Real estate attorney
Your real estate attorney will guide you through the closing process once you find your home. The attorney serves as your representative and will work with the seller's attorney to arrive at a mutual agreement. This agreement usually includes work that must be done to the property before you move in. Most importantly, your attorney also ensures that the whole process is legal.
