Having grown up and raised my family here in Glenview, I am a North Shore expert. I also lived in the City and, therefore, am very adept at working with buyers and helping to make a smooth transition from the City to the suburbs. Marketing a property is much more than putting up a sign and de-cluttering. And home preparation, staging, and marketing are more important than ever in our competitive landscape. My USP, or point of difference, is that I have strong marketing skills that were developed when I worked in account management at J. Walter Thompson on major brands, such as Kraft, Quaker Oats & Oscar Mayer.

Each property is treated as a separate brand and given its own unique brand personality and tailored marketing plan. I am expert at staging my listings, and also very careful in taking on a limited amount of listings and buyers so that each receives my full attention, a boutique approach to service. In addition, I am very careful to ensure there is no conflict of interest among my clients so I can truly accomplish my fiduciary duty to each client.

Personal Background & Community
I attended St. Francis Borgia (Chicago) & Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Glenview) Elementary Schools and Marillac High School (Northfield). My two sons attended Lyon & Pleasant Ridge Elementary Schools, Springman Middle School & Glenbrook South High School (Glenview). Logan is a filmmaker and a University of Wisconsin/Madison graduate and Hayes is a graduate University of Wisconsin/Madison Business School pursuing a copywriting career in advertising. I am happy to discuss any of these school districts with my clients in my quest to provide the best possible service. My husband, Bruce, is an art director/graphic designer/web designer, fine artist and an integral part of my marketing department.

Special Interests
I am a very passionate animal and nature lover and member of PAWS. When I'm not showing homes, one will most likely see me walking at least one dog - my foster rescue dog Chance, and possibly one or two other canine buddies. Other interests include travel anywhere, attending art gallery shows (my husband is an accomplished painter), pumping iron at the gym (a recent interest), long bike rides with my kids, and hanging out at the beach with a good read.
