Donna Mercier
With approximately three decades of experience and unmatched credentials, Donna Mercier leads the successful real estate team MercFoss, a family of luxury real estate professionals. Donielle Foss
Donielle has the experience, knowledge and passion to help buyers and sellers realize their property dreams. As an integral member of the MercFoss Team and certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), Donielle stays current on local property and pricing trends and marketing technologies and products. She also advocates on her clients' behalf every step of the way: "Donielle is an outstanding realtor! Before entering real estate, Donielle graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in Communication Management and went on to perfect her customer service skills as an Assistant Manager at Aveda on Michigan Avenue and Facility and Event Sales Coordinator at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Now a full-time, licensed agent and lifelong Lake Forest resident, Donielle has remained committed to her community, participating in local events and outreach with her husband and children. In addition to supporting the Guild of St. Mary, Donielle regularly donates to the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation, which contributes to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, The Women's Center of Waukesha and Habitat for Humanity. Chris Foss
Chris graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, with a B.A. in Business Administration and went on to work as a Futures Broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade with various FCMs. With this strong background in analytical market analysis and finance, Chris excels at statistical and market research and strives to find fair value within the market's various price points. Chris makes sure the endeavor remains on schedule while maintaining close communication throughout the process. As an expert in local property trends and valuations, Chris helps the team's clients understand the market, manage their real estate needs and determine where and when to position their listings and offers. Chris grew up in Lake Forest and has maintained close community ties and contributed to its growth. He actively supports St. Jude, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Habitat for Humanity and the Midwest Veterans Closet. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children, bike riding and playing golf. With 17 years in real estate, Chris knows that the key to success is connecting with buyers and sellers, understanding and managing their expectations, all while delivering the very best results.
