Here I set this morning on my deck having a cup of coffee and being ever so grateful to all of you for making my dream come true. I had the most fantastic night's sleep in months and haven't stopped smiling from the minute I stepped through the door at 711. I always knew this was meant to be my new home and boy did I ever pray hard for this one. Throughout the entire process I felt like I had two angels walking me through the hardest part of my life, next to Jim's passing, and that was both of you. The house held so many memories and was always so full of love. But I have to tell you I haven't thought about the house once since the day I closed the door the final time. I know you treat all your clients the same, but I always felt I was a friend/client. My thanks to everyone in the office who worked so hard behind the scenes - the unsung heroes!

Working with my wife and me, they presented other similar homes in our area that had sold or were currently listed, and walked us through a comparative analysis in determining the asking price for our home. Once under contract, they held our hands through to closing and were there when the movers came to pack up the house.
