He has been in customer service for more than 35 years and is the deal maker for the Capitanini Team. He is known within the industry for his strong negotiation skills, on-point pricing and keen market knowledge. Prior to selling real estate, Frank spent more than 25 years managing his family-owned and operated restaurant and long-time local Chicago favorite, the 91-year-old The Italian Village Restaurant at 71 W Monroe in Chicago. A 25 year native of Wilmette, Frank is married to Trish Capitanini, has five grown children, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren. He is also a master chef and avid tennis player.

Trish Capitanini, a lifelong resident of Wilmette, possesses a commitment to excellent customer service that sets her apart from all others. She works with buyers, sellers and builders, paying special attention to every client's short-term and long-term goals. It's not a formula. Every client is individual and Trish specializes in identifying a plan that works best for them and their families.
