Morton Grove

Village of Morton Grove

The Village of Morton Grove is a near north suburb located 13 miles north of Chicago's Loop. About 20% of the land in the village is owned by the Cook County Forest Preserve District and is set aside for open space and recreation.

Morton Grove is primarily residential, although the village does have significant commercial and industrial areas. The Civic Center is a beautifully designed, tastefully decorated multi-purpose facility for people of all ages to meet, plan activities and socialize.

Morton Grove's park district owns and maintains ten facilities including two outdoor pools, a museum, four field houses, a 50,000 square foot community center and 14 parks totaling over 70 acres.
