Sun Room  13X16
Hand carved corner vintage limestone mantel imported from Belgium with new limestone surround, gas starter with new birch gas logs; new ceiling lantern; heated radiant European limestone flooring; beveled glass French doors separate the living room from the sunroom; surround sound with individual controls. This room has sunlight streaming in from two directions and makes a perfect cardroom.

Kitchen  21X16
The kitchen area, with new French oak hard wood, was fully renovated with flush inset satin custom cabinetry, self-close drawers, and custom hardware from Wilmette Hardware. An arched doorway from the back hall was created to coordinate with the arched openings into the formal areas. Honed Calacatta Borghini is featured on all countertops, backsplash and the island. The island is supported by custom solid polished nickel feet. A custom zinc hood presides over the Lacanche gourmet stove which is bordered by zinc front lower cabinets. An unlacquered brass faucet is provided by Waterworks. Fabulous, attached baker’s rack is custom unlacquered brass. A separate cabinetry piece is painted with lighted glass fronted cabinets and exposed nickel hardware and a marble countertop.
Additional appliances include two Miele Crystal dishwashers, Sub- Zero built-in refrigerators and freezer, Uline wine cooler and Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawer.

Walk-in Pantry  5X8
A walk-in pantry with French oak flooring was newly created with flush inset custom white cabinetry with brass nosing and exposed rivets highlighted by Wilmette Hardware. Countertops feature honed Calacutta Borghini marble which is continued as the backsplash. Open shelving with exposed scoring backing and Sharp microwave.

Family Room  21X19
Impressive custom select alder hand hewn beams highlight the vaulted ceiling and French oak flooring; a newly designed limestone fireplace with gas starter and new gas logs are framed by new sconces. Lovely custom drapery covers the French doors that open to the bluestone patio. Incredible natural lighting with views of the beautiful backyard and ravine.

Breakfast Room  13X18
Arched ceiling detail separates the family room from the breakfast room. Custom select reclaimed alder beams highlight the volume ceiling; a custom designed pine breakfront includes a Dacor warming drawer, Sub-zero refrigerator drawers, Herbeau faucet and Herbeau undermount polished copper sink. The light fixture is excluded. Breathtaking views of the pool area.

Formal Powder Room  
Located off the main gallery these Francis Elkins inspired rooms are floored with honed marble and the David Adler star highlights the ante room of this formal powder room area. A custom designed antique mirror backs the western wall of the ante room and is reflected in the eastern wall of the water closet. The vanity is custom made with Paladin silver leaf finish and the Waterworks faucet is polished nickel and the walls are lacquered. Incredibly beautiful Bagues (which are excluded) sconces light the vanity.

Laundry Room  12X7
This room was totally renovated; adding new bleu fonce limestone flooring, tongue and groove wallcovering, high gloss finished flush inset custom cabinetry, Wilmette Hardware, unlacquered brass finished Waterstone faucet, corian counters, new LED lighting, LG washer and drawer, and loads of sunlight pouring in from the shuttered south facing window.

Mud Room  12X8
The back entrance from the garage features new bleu fonce limestone. The original cabinetry has been removed to open the space for future design options. The main level elevator entrance is located in this room.

Primary Bedroom  28X18
Double doors open to the private master suite. Window seats and the morning bar were removed, and the entire primary bath and walk-in closet were renovated. Gorgeous window treatments slide along a Lucite rod. There is a new custom milled wood fireplace mantel with limestone slab surround, gas starter and new gas logs.

The marble primary bath design is outstanding. Honed marble has been skillfully designed providing separate steam shower (with overhead showerhead) and water closet areas finished in marble and glass and trimmed in custom polished nickel. Fixtures are provided by Waterworks, from the polished nickel Opus collection with some hardware featuring lovely glass handles. Radiant heated flooring is marble and set in a herringbone pattern. The custom flush inset cabinetry with honed marble countertop is topped with a curved valance which is replicated over the Kohler “Tea for Two” whirlpool tub. The water closet features a Toto Neorest toilet. A separate zone exists for the sound system.

The primary closet was fully renovated with custom flush inset cabinetry featuring drawers, open and closed shelving and open and closed hanging racks. There is a center island with a framed mirror. There are two custom portable laundry hampers with leather topped inserts. A stackable LG washer and dryer are included.

Bedroom 2  18X16
This bedroom has been totally redesigned. Extensive built-in floor to ceiling cabinetry has been added on the east and west walls creating a luxury suite. The built-in bed has cabinetry built around it with cabinetry designed around the wall-mounted television. Window seats with storage are topped with leather cushions, the windows are shuttered. Custom painted walls.
This bedroom is en-suite, and the bathroom walls are honed marble vertical brick slabs from Ann Sacks which are continued into the shower. Polished nickel hardware is from Waterworks and the custom vanity is finished to coordinate with the bedroom. The bath is entirely new.

Bedroom 3  20X12
Bedroom 3 is currently used as a dressing room and there is an entirely new wall of built-in paneled custom closets. Window seats are placed under the south facing windows which are covered with roman shades. There is new lighting.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a new luxurious Jack & Jill bath. Taking direction from Francis Elkins the vanity and medicine cabinets are mirrored and highlighted by lovely, polished nickel hardware from Waterworks. The marble tiled floor is set in a lattice pattern and heated. The shower area has a marble bench and brick patterned marble walls which are extended throughout the bath and there is new ceiling lighting.

Bedroom 4  19X17
Bedroom 4 features a built-in desk, two window seats with cushions and storage, double closets, curtains and a new light fixture. Both Bedrooms 3 and 4 access their bath through locked pocket doors.

Bedroom 5  19X13
This en-suite bedroom has a lovely niche facing east for morning sun. There are double closets, and the new bathroom features Danbury interlocking designed heated marble flooring. The shower walls are marble, and the lower half of the bathroom walls are also covered in marble. The vanity is a custom flush inset with polished nickel hardware. The mirror above the vanity is framed and there is new lighting.

Great Room  34X28
The lower level is like a 5-star hotel starting with the Great Room. Antiqued Italian limestone radiant heat flooring; reclaimed brick surrounds the fireplace with a reclaimed pine fireplace mantel and flat screen television. The fireplace is flanked by built-in cabinets with open shelving above covered with mesh grills. The walls are select reclaimed pine paneling with hand carved decorative elements, and newly painted frame inserts. A mirrored arched pine accent piece has built-in seating and storage with a leather cushion. Ralph Lauren sconces add additional mood lighting.

Home Theater  31X22
Theater seating for 8 with additional sectional seating. There is new wool carpet and new faux suede wall coverings. The A/V system is state-of-the-art, including a 4K projector in the theater, while the network infrastructure is commercial grade,
supporting dual internet providers for seamless redundancy. The turntable and some personal a/v equipment are excluded in the cabinet east of the screen are excluded. This room is situated under the garage.

Exercise Room  21X20
Radiant heat limestone flooring, owners removed cubbies and added two walls of mirrors. There is access to the exterior from this room. The attached bath features scored solid surface walls, corian countertops on the flush inset vanity
with unlacquered brass Waterworks fixtures. There is a steam shower.

Wine Cellar  13X12
Custom designed and fabricated with reclaimed redwood pull-out storage racks and “armoire” display cabinets with storage for 500 bottles, rustic stone flooring; reclaimed redwood glass and iron cellar entrance door and hand-hewn ceiling
beams. A new built-in wine compressor was added in 2019 and newer lighting.

Bedroom 6  21X18
In a suite of its own this bedroom has a large, customized walk-in closet and a gas fireplace with new stone surround which is carried into the en-suite bath area. New built-ins with closed storage and open shelving flank each side of the fireplace, with new millwork and wall-mounted television.
The new en-suite bathroom coordinates with the bedroom. The shower walls mimic the stone fireplace surround and the vanity is custom flush inset. New lighting is provided by lovely sconces.

Lower Level Bar  16X18
New custom milled high gloss finished cabinetry with brass hardware. A Linkasink vintage jeweler sink is highlighted by a Waterworks faucet. Framed mirrors act as the backsplash. New appliances include Fisher Packel dishwasher drawer, Sub-zero refrigerator drawers and Uline ice maker. The bar countertop is four inches thick made with reclaimed pine with brass inserts. The six bar stools stay.

Powder Rooms  
CASUAL POWDER ROOM
Located off the back hallway the walls of this room are tongue and groove paneling, and the ceiling is papered with Hermes wallpaper. The bleu fonce limestone floor continues in this room. The custom J Trible vanity has a Herbeau faucet with a quartz counter. New lanterns light the room. This room was also totally renovated.

LOWER LEVEL POWDER ROOM

This extraordinary powder room harmonizes with the bar area. Wallpapered in two coordinating Phillip Jeffries wallcoverings, the ceiling is also papered. The lacquered vanity and trim are topped with a Waterworks faucet and hammered copper sink.
