All of Michael Cell's Clients enjoy receiving Michael's monthly item of value. Each month Michael sends out information that is news worthy and full of practical tips and how to's. Sometimes it has to do with real estate and other times not at all; but always fun and interesting. Each monthly item of value is followed up with an email a couple of weeks later expanding on the information and offering additional insights. This is one of the ways Michael is able to stay in touch and provide added value to the relationships he has with his clients.

Client Appreciation Party at Ravinia

Michael Cell hosts a client appreciation party every summer at Ravinia and has taken clients to hear concerts featuring such bands as The Steve Miller Band, The Tempations and the Four Tops, The Gypsy Kings, Maroon 5 and Sting. Michael sends invitations to all of his clients but tickets are limited so they tend to go FAST! It is Michael's premier event of the year to honor and show appreciation to his clients. Michael and his wife Pamela will get to Ravinia early, camp out in line and enter the park 1/2 hour before the general public in order to score some prime real estate close to the pavillion. For those who attend, it is a memorable and fun event!

Ice Cream Social

Do we ever need a reason to get together and have ice cream? Every year Michael Cell holds ice cream socials for you and your familiy Graeter's Ice Cream and Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors. It's a great opportunity for Michael to catch up with his clients and continue to build a sense of community while supporting local business.

Drawings for Broadway in Chicago Tickets

From time to time, Michael Cell will hold special drawings for tickets to see such blockbusters as Hamilton, Wicked, The Color Purple and Jersey Boys. All of Michael's clients are automatically entered into the drawing just for being his clients and have an equal chance at winning the tickets.

Drawings for Chicago Sporting Events

Michael Cell will also have drawings for tickets to see Chicago's world famous sports teams like the Cubs, Bulls, Sox and Hawks. Either Michael will purchase a large bock of seats and extend the invitation to everyone on a first come first served basis or all of Michael's clients are automatically entered into a drawing for a pair of really special seats.

"A Gift of Food is a Gift of Life" Non-Perishable Food Drive

Michael Cell spear-headeds his own non-perishable food drive effort enlisitng the help of his current and past clients. Since 2005 Michael has collected over EIGHT TONS of Non-Perishable food stuffs. Michael has called this effort "A Gift of Food" and has delivered everything collected locally to the Deerfield and Northfield Food Pantries to benefit needy individuals/families in his own community.
