The Village of Golf, located about 17 miles north of downtown Chicago, is one of the smallest communities in Cook County. It has its own U.S. Post Office, Police Force and Metra train station. The village shares and supports the schools, parks and fire department of neighboring Glenview.
The Golf Civic Association is a community organization with a board comprised of seven members whose responsibility it is to plan social events for the residents of the village and help celebrate holidays, as well as welcome new residents and keep our village looking beautiful.
